Who We Are
Citylife Church is committed to helping people build their relationship with God. We believe that the Bible is God’s word and that everyone needs a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit working actively in their lives.
Our church enjoys lively music and powerful worship. We also believe in the importance of building strong relationships with each other. Our worship services and the other groups and activities associated with our church are designed to help people connect with God as they engage in everyday life.
In the Illawarra region our affiliated organisation Citylife Community Initiatives is engaged in a variety of community building activities. These include an ADHD support group, our monthly “Op’n’coffee” and the Soup Kitchen in Port Kembla. The community initiatives team are also available to assist other community groups in the local area.
Our church is also actively involved in missions programs in Australia and across the world. Within Australia we actively support the work of 180Tc (Teen Challenge). We also support a wide spectrum of work internationally including community development among Muslim villages in Thailand, urban house churches in China and child support in Ethiopia through our partnership with Compassion. In addition we are key supporters of Jesus LifeHouse Church Hong Kong.
Citylife Church is part of the Australian Christian Churches network.
